Privacy Policy
Solanko Consulting, Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what happens to personal data in connection with this website. The short version: the site collects nothing about you on its own. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no account, no shopping basket, and no analytics, advertising or tracking script of any kind. Solanko sets no cookies to identify or follow you. All of the site’s files, including its fonts, are served by Solanko’s hosting provider; no third-party content network is called when you read a page.
The one exception is the contact form. To keep automated spam out, the two pages that carry it load Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots without a puzzle to solve. To make that check, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address and browser details, and it also uses them to improve its bot detection. When you send the form, Solanko’s server passes Cloudflare only the result of that check and your IP address, never what you typed. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains this in full. Pages without the form never call Cloudflare.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, Solanko receives what you type: your name, email address, your preferred way to be contacted, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company and message. The form also records the address of the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a Solanko email, the campaign tags carried in that link, so we know which message you are replying to.
This information goes into Solanko’s customer-relationship system (Zoho CRM) and triggers one automatic confirmation email to you (sent through Zoho Mail). It is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Solanko does not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else, and does not send unsolicited email.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is processed by a Netlify serverless function. Like all web infrastructure, Netlify records standard technical request logs, which may include an IP address, for delivery and security purposes. Solanko does not use those logs to identify visitors and builds no profiles from them.
If you email or message us instead
If you write to Solanko by email or Signal, the message and address are held only in ordinary business correspondence in order to reply and to keep a record. They are not added to a marketing list.
Client information
Information received during a client engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of the relevant agreement, not by this page. Solanko does not sell, rent or share client information.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data Solanko holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below. A deletion request removes the CRM record created by the contact form.
Applications
Solanko operates private internal applications that are not offered to the public. Where such an application connects to a third-party service, it carries its own agreement and privacy notice, which govern that application specifically and take precedence over this page for it:
Changes
Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. This version adds Cloudflare Turnstile to the contact form and replaces the version of 19 September 2026, which in turn replaced the policy of 31 August 2026 that predated the contact form on this site.
